I caught the ILYA and Loop Drop show at Edinburgh Castle Friday night. Actually I didn't hear much of Loop Drop but I heard it was a good set. My friend Elida got the Loop Drop CD and I got the ILYA one so we'll have to swap at some point. I greatly enjoyed the ILYA set as expected, but was disappointed that they didn't seem to do any spanish lyrics songs like when I saw them in San Diego.

hi!, i dig your site, i'm from TJ and i've listened to loop drop a couple of times & love 'em, have you heard "ambiente" it's another group in wich the piano player for loop drop plays, they're really good!, have you been to the box underground in TJ?, this past friday loop drop played with album leaf (from SD) and niño astronauta!. Monica, I haven't been to the box underground in TJ, but I have not spent a lot of time there. Next time I get a chance I'll check it out! Thanks for the tip on ambiente and the other artists. I'll check them out.
