Having the $4 tofu plate & iced vietnamese drip coffee at Julie's on Mission Street in the Excelsior district. Not as good as Tu Lan's and the pink chairs are strangely unsettling, but the price is right.--Dav via Danger Hiptophttp://www.danger-island.com/dav/
